Caring for the LIFEPAK CR–T AED Trainer

REPLACING BATTERIES

When batteries for the LIFEPAK CR–T AED Trainer or the remote control become depleted or

damaged, they should be replaced immediately. Refer to Section 1, page 8 for procedures detailing the

steps for installing and replacing batteries in the Trainer and the remote control.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Table s 11 through 15 provide checklists for troubleshooting LIFEPAK CR–T AED Trainer operating

problems. If you cannot correct a problem, discontinue using the Trainer until the problem is resolved.

Contact your local Medtronic representative.

Note: Do not disassemble the Trainer. There are no operator-serviceable components and

operator disassembly may void the warranty.
